The top is crafted from a board I salvaged from the old Davis barn in Albany, Oregon. The barn was built by Mr.Platt Davis in the early 1930's and covered in tin, keeping the rough sawn lumber pristine for 75 years. The legs and braces are blown down lodgepole pine from the Olive Lake area near the historic mining town of Granite, Oregon. The wings and back are from an old fence salvaged from the Monteith Historic District of downtown Albany, Oregon. The split maple branches used for the side trim came from a kindling pile inside the barn of the old Lyle Moss Estate near Shedd, Oregon. The Pine cone was gathered from the bank of the Deschutes River near Bend, Oregon. The trim on the sides of the table was crafted from a split shovel handle gathered from the old Thompsn Place on Kiger Island south of Corvallis, Oregon Oregon's beautiful Three Sisters Mountains are hand painted on the back.
