Truly unique! This chairs framework is driftwood collected from the banks of the Calapooia River near Brownsville, Oregon.

I picked it up out of a rye grass field on the Nissen Place after high water.

The back is made from maple branches that came from a kindling pile inside the old barn of the Lyle Moss Estate near Shedd, Oregon.

The matching shed Elk antlers were found on top of  Elk Mountain on the old Circle F Ranch just north of picturesque Joseph, Oregon.

Gray lodgepole supports.

The upholstered seat is a 50-year old piece of plywood that was once part of the check out counter in the old Harrisburg Grocery Store located in Harrisburg, Oregon.

The maple back supports are fastened with "square" nails.
